Try combining breathing methods into your day to day routine, this is one of the powerful and universal de-stressing actions. Deep breaths may reduce anxiety levels, boost sleep and perhaps promote rest and well-being.

Try to agenda regular time away from planning or phone calls, this will give your brain to be able to shut off and can be very good for managing the stress levels. It could be having a run, getting up with close friends or just sitting down to a comforting dinner. This will likely give you the space you should refocus and take a step returning from your marriage.
